A: We release a certain number of chapters for free each month. Additional chapters are available through our stamp system for early access.

A: Stamps are our virtual currency for purchasing chapters:

• 1 stamp = $0.25 EUR
• Typical chapter cost = 1 stamp ($0.25 EUR)
• Minimum purchase = 12 stamps ($3.00 EUR)

Q: I bought a chapter but it still says locked, what do I do?

A: You might have to sign out and sign in again. I’m still trying to fix this issue.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?

A: Currently, we only accept PayPal as our payment method.

Q: Are purchases refundable?

A: No, all purchases are non-refundable. Please make sure you want to proceed before completing any transaction.

Q: What should I do if I didn’t receive my stamps after purchase?

A: If you experience any issues with receiving your stamps, please fill out our contact form. Include your transaction details and we’ll investigate the issue.

Q: Can I transfer my stamps to another account?

A: No, stamps are non-transferable and tied to the account that purchased them.

A: Stamps do not expire and will remain in your account until used.
